If you have a registered account with MyUofMHealth, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail unless you have already updated your account.MyUofMHealth

You can cancel paperless billing at the bottom of the MyUofMHealth Account Summary page by logging into your account, selecting the Billing option, and then selecting the paperless billing cancellation message from the menu.

Pay Your Bill Online

To pay your bill online or create a patient portal account, go to the MyUofMHealth patient portal home page. Once logged in, select the Billing and Insurance tab. You can also make payments to your account through our University of Michigan Health My Chart mobile app.

The University of Michigan Health Policy supports the provision of necessary medical care to all people, regardless of their ability to pay. Whether you are insured or not, our patient financial advisors can explore your options, including our financial assistance and support program. Contact the Patient Financial Advisor at 877-326-9155 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. and 4 pm Monday through Friday, or by email to [email protected] (link sends email).
